There is a simple way to change the location Windows Address Book. There are the the steps below to change the location of Windows Address Book:
1. Open your Registry Editor and find the key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\Wab File Name].
2. Modify the existing value, called "(Default)" and set it according to the location you want to change, say C:\Documents and Settings\My Username\App....
3. Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
