When we start Outlook Express, the software displays splash screen as in the figure below due to which it takes too much time to open Outlook Express.
To disable the above splash screen use the following Registry Tweak:
1. Click Start > Run > type regedit in the box.
2. In the Registry Editor Window, navigate to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Unique Identity}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0] from the left pane.
3. Create new DWORD and name it as NoSplash.
4. Double click the new DWORD and set the value data to 1 to disable splash screen.
5. Exit Registry and reboot the system for the changs to take effect.
