By default, bcc field is not shown in Outlook Express. To enable the bcc field, follow following steps :

1. Open Outlook Express.

2. Click Create Mail Option.



3. In the New Message Window.

Goto View Menu -> All Headers.

Check All Headers to enable bcc filed option.



In the above screenshot you can see the bcc field enabled.
