System utility to Hide Start Button, which is located on the left of taskbar. The software is designed to restrict novice users to fiddle with installed programs, which can be accessed through Start Button. Software is useful for cyber cafe administrators, school computer teachers and home users to restrict usage of installed programs.

| Quick question on this. It seems to work, but when the user is logged off (or the system reboots) the start button comes back. Is there a way to make this change last beyond the session it is run in? Thanks. |

We have to make some modifications to the software.
Once we update the software, we will update you by email. |

Is there a shortcut to call up the Start menu once the Start button is hidden?
Thank you. |

Yes, there is a Shortcut.
Press the "Windows Key", located between CTRL and ALT on the left hand side of the Keyboard. |

Has this program been revised to re-enable the hiding feature on startup? It might also be good to disable the Windows key as that is a pretty obvious flaw. Is this still going to be done? Would I be able to contribute this change FOR you? (i.e. could I edit the source code myself).
Thanks! |
