The MSVBVM60.DLL is required by the Visual basic components or programs developed in Visual Basic.
The file gets uninstalled many a times when uninstalling some office components or progams sharing this DLL file.
To resolve the error, you can download the Visual Basic 6.0 SP5: Run-Time Redistribution Pack, which installs the MSVBVM60.DLL from the following download link
