I had some sort of virus mess with my pc today and I am getting "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator error" and "Reg editing has been disabled" Furthermore my RUN command from the Taskbar has dissappered. I am not able to click on Start and then RUN because it's now missing. I am in adminstrator mode but not able to do anything I can't get into "regedit" basically to fix the problem Any ideas would be most helpful

To quickly access the regedit command, go to C:\Windows

And rename regedit.exe to regeditbak.exe

Double Click the renamed file regeditbak.exe to access the registry settings.
